Awesome and particularly good location almost in ruins, met standard. It was also adjacent to Megaplaza mall, the Isla de Flores and restaurants and the view of the lake.

The room was exceptionally comfortable and I enjoyed the pool, it was nice. The location was particularly good and great and the free parking was on site.

The setting was quite fantastic within easy reach of Flores Island.

The rooms were reasonably spacious in general. Everywhere there was exceptionally clean. The staff was friendly, amazingly nice all the time. Location: the hotel was right by Megaplaza mall and Flores and nice restaurants/bars. Also, the place was not too far away from Cathedral of Flores.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants on the island of Flores and just in front of the lake. Also, it was easy to move around since it was right beside the bus terminal. Additionally, the hotel facilities were excellent. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff were so helpful in organizing tours. The breakfast was delicious and fueled me for the day.

It was all superb.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were impressive, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, massage services, sun terrace, and private facilities adding to the exclusivity of the venue. the restaurant was particularly noteworthy with its delicious dinner offerings, and the in-room breakfast provided a delightful start to the day.

Despite this, the exceptional service from the friendly staff more than made up for it.

The location was perfect, right by the entrance of the island and close to everything I needed. The room was comfortable and had AC, which was a relief after a long day of exploring. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and they even arranged tours for me. I particularly enjoyed the Tikal tour they set up for me, it was super reasonable and convenient. The hotel also had indoor and outdoor pools, which were a nice addition. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.
